Salem-Keizer CDC Rental Housing
Salem-Keizer CDC owns over 100 units of affordable rental housing in Salem and Keizer. These units are in apartments, townhomes and single-family houses. We have from one bedroom to five bedrooms.
Requirements: This opportunity is available only to households earning 60% or less of median income. Reference the HUD Income Chart for more information.
We gladly accept Section 8 vouchers.
We have a no pet policy except for authorized aid animals.

Both companies screen rental applications and verify previous rental history. They also check criminal and credit history. All persons 18 or over must complete an application. Both charge a $35.00 non-refundable screening fee for each applicant.
