North Neighborhoods, a Marion County Community Progress Team

Clean up Day A CPT is a group of citizens that actively promote conditions in their community that will support families to nurture their children. Along with the CPT designation came a name, North Neighborhoods or Nē CPT. Nē CPT now receives a small grant from the Children and Families Commission each year to help the group organize and sponsor community initiatives.

The Nē CPT approach is to build neighborhood efficacy. Neighborhood efficacy is the ability of people within the neighborhood to care for and be proud of its members.

Nē's mission is to see neighbors and community working together to encourage and foster healthy children, families and neighborhoods in north Salem.
