For example, if there are 4 members in your household, your monthly maximum gross earnings can't be higher than $2,840.00 or annually $34,080.

To determine the minimum gross income eligible, your gross income should be at least three times the amount of your rent. If your rent is $500, than your gross household income should be at least $1500.
