Oregon Housing and Community Services and The City of Salem, Urban Development Department, awarded Salem-Keizer Community Development Corporation Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, loans and grants to develop Highland Station, an affordable townhouse development located at 1260 Highland Avenue NE. Construction of 16 townhouses and Community Center was completed in June 2006.
